Return & Exchange Policy
You can do return and exchange any items within 7 days of receipt for a return of that items. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, we deeply regret to inform you that we are not able to offer you an exchange.

For all Return items must be comply with:

✔ Clean
✔ Not cut into any shapes
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Proof of Purchase
All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Please note the cost of the return is the customer responsibility and the original shipping costs are not refundable.
The only exclusion will be when our Bluecat® specialist sent the wrong product to you including wrong car model, wrong combination of edges or a wrong product.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
